Medical Assistant Diploma Program

Our Medical Assistant (MA) diploma program offers students a chance to receive a well-rounded curriculum that includes both general education and occupational courses. By combining academics with hands-on training, we are able to ensure that our students graduate with the knowledge and competencies needed to work effectively alongside doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Combining general education and occupational courses, it’s designed to train you in a variety of practical skills, including:

  • Obtaining vital signs
  • Documenting patient history
  • Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
  • Drawing blood (phlebotomy)
  • Utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Assisting providers with various specialty examinations

The Medical Assistant Diploma program is approved only at the City campus. Get started now and you can be working in the field in as little as nine months!
